No Feifei! The season might be winter but Finn's behaviour, or his mood, is cheerful and lively – like springtime – bright, sunny, flowers growing, new animals being born, birds flying around…

Hmm that does sound like spring. 我們可以用 full of the joys of spring 這個(gè)表達(dá)來形容某人充滿喜悅，因?yàn)榇禾焓莻€(gè)萬物復(fù)蘇，萬象更新的季節(jié)。
